Hawaii, Rock Band, The Horah & Cotton Candy…
Mike and Alyssa were lucky enough to get married in Hawaii then come back to this awful NJ weather for the reception of a lifetime. We started at the groom’s parent house (thanks Stella and Mo!) with some Rock Band then moved on. The Venetian in Garfield was the perfect setting for their “second” wedding. The tropical theme keep us all warm and we had a great time with them. Many thanks to the great staff at The Venetian. Mahalo!

Kim and Tom, Tinton Falls
Kim and Tom had the pleasure of having a beautiful wedding at the Holiday Inn Tinton Falls, NJ. Navy blue & white accents made the room complete and the guests had a great time dancing to great music from The Philly Horn Band. Thanks to Heidi, Alana and all the staff of the Holiday Inn Tinton Falls, and the Philly Horn Band! Congratulations Kim & Tom!
Jenn & Mike - Toms River, NJ
This couple met at at work (a local ambulance company that shall remain nameless!) and the rest is history! We had a great time with Jenn and Mike and all their friends & family! We even had time for an ‘emergency call’! Many thanks to great staff at The Quality Inn Toms River and to Untouchables DJ. The beautiful flowers were courtesy of the bride’s uncle & aunt Ian & Nancy Tonnessen of Flower Loft in Clark, NJ. Congratulations!
One Cool Event Space
Suzanne and I had the pleasure of joining other industry professionals at the opening launch party for Studio Square in Long Island City, NY. The moment we stepped off the elevator, Suzanne and I turned to each other and said we have to blog post about this awesome space! Located in the Historic District of Long Island City, NY. Studio Square offers an amazing experience for Weddings, Corporate and promotional events. I personally loved the clean sleek look of their Loft Space, Suzanne’s favorite is the posh Empire Suite which offers breathtaking views of NYC. And, honestly, it not far from NJ for a taste of chic, urban city-feel!

Not rain nor sleet nor SNOW can keep up from a wedding!
You guessed it - this wedding was on the day of the big snow storm! So we bundled up and braved the elements with 200 guests and an awesome bride and groom. Samantha and Jeff had a gorgeous wedding with the help of Jenny Orsini and her staff at Pampered Bride Weddings. And the snow storm made for some unique shots at the Crystal Plaza. Enjoy!

A cold beach…but the dogs don’t mind
We had a great time photographing Jenn & Chris and their dogs! This cold, crisp November day had a beautiful sky (who new NJ could look like this??!!) Our favorite aspect is when a bride and groom see each other before the ceremony and take the time to get the perfect photographs! Here is the result! Thanks to Sal and Tara and everyone at The Water’s Edge for letting us in early to play a little football!
